The Challenge
A standout practice on a website that held it back.
Health Resonates is a boutique wellness spa in Portland's West End, run by a therapist who is licensed in both massage and aesthetics. That pairing is rare, and it is the reason clients come back. The old website did not say any of that. It was slow, hard to update, and buried years of blog writing where nobody could find it.
The rebuild had two hard constraints. Booking had to stay front and center on every page, and the existing online shop, with its products, orders, and customers, could not be touched.
Health Resonates needed a site that matched the calm of the treatment rooms, made booking one click away, and carried every bit of existing search equity across without a gap.
Our Approach
Rebuilt from the ground up, without losing a thing.
Website Design & Build
Designed a new look around the feel of the space: editorial serif headlines, soft blue-gray tones, and photography of the actual treatment rooms. Built a full set of service, membership, and company pages on a CMS the owner edits herself, with online booking reachable from every page.
Content Migration & SEO Foundations
Moved 138 blog posts with their images, wrote a title and description for every one, and mapped 70 redirects so old links and rankings carried over. Structured data, a clean sitemap, and an AI-readable content index were built in from day one.
Launch & Cutover
Handled DNS, SSL, email records, and analytics so the switch happened in one move. The existing shop stayed exactly as it was, on its own subdomain, with the new site linking straight to it.
Health Resonates now has a site that looks like the practice feels, loads fast, and gets a visitor to the booking page in one click. Every post, page, and product that existed before still exists, and the owner can update all of it without calling anyone.
